1. General

The initiative welcomes both current and new participants based on reward level. Participation requires approval and is entirely voluntary. Rewards cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

Tier 2 – Photo + Written Recommendation

Reward: 50% discount voucher for next purchase

Eligibility: Existing ChupiTales book customers only

Requirements:

  • Email submission required
  • 2+ photos showing the book with a family member
  • 2–4 sentence written endorsement
  • Photos should display the book clearly; child faces may be hidden
  • Family member may be the book protagonist or an adult

Tier 3 – Video Submission

Reward: One complimentary personalized book (100% discount)

Eligibility: Existing ChupiTales book customers only

Requirements:

  • Email submission required
  • Video minimum 25+ seconds
  • May feature a child unboxing/reading or an adult review
  • Smartphone filming is acceptable
  • No profanity or violence
  • Professional editing is not required

3. Coupon Terms

  • Valid for 6 months from issue date
  • Single-use only
  • Transferable as gifts
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated

4. Content Usage & Rights

Submitting materials grants ChupiTales permission to:

  • Display content on our website
  • Share via our official social channels
  • Incorporate into marketing materials

Submitted content remains proprietary and is never sold to external parties.

5. Privacy & Respect

  • Participants may withhold the protagonist's name
  • Content is used respectfully, maintaining family-friendly standards
  • Removal of submitted content is available upon request via support

6. Approval & Discretion

ChupiTales reserves the right to:

  • Reject inappropriate, offensive, or irrelevant submissions
  • Restrict rewards per household
  • Discontinue the campaign at any time
